Buyers are bound by
contract at the outset to remove all goods purchased by a realistic
deadline, therefore keeping costs down for the client and allowing for an
early handover of premises where appropriate.

arises when the right price cannot be obtained at Auction or an Auction
may not be the best method for disposal therefore sale by private treaty
can allow us to negotiate with known contacts from our vast database of
with other interested parties.
